I don't see the RAP as being a issue, (Tanzania mining act has provisions for ruling on final settlement if both parties cannot agree, although KNL doesn't seem to want to use this provision)

In the August update they seem well progressed in completing the RAP, I would like to think this will all be completed prior to the new year,

The court case is only seeking a ruling that compensation and relocation of affected residences is completed in accordance Tanzanian legislation and to be completed prior to commencement of mining. I don't see a problem with this, They should get paid what their property is worth, plus more.
KNL wasn't intending to start prior to the RAP being completed, (finance is conditional on it the RAP being completed) It is my understanding, in the last capital raising raised funds were raised to complete this process.
