So in all probability if it is the companies position that they are extremely confident of financing this operation ,this could be disclosed to equipment suppliers, partners and consultants without needing to disclose because the transaction or negotiation is not complete. Jugs trying to get a handle on whether such items may already be ordered. Any comments re this welcome.
