Finance arrangements are material but incomplete so do not need to be announced.
Equipment providers are not being told that finance is complete, but they are welcome [however unlikely] to begin fabrication on the back of KNL management's proclaimed confidence. However, this would not in my view be material so would not need to be announced.
More likely, KNL may be able to pay a deposit with its current cash on hand. However, still, this would not need in my view to be announced.
