I own both ....bought into IBR once the announcement was made... you are right re the high level numbers you mentioned re TMR...you add both companies together running at full steam this will provide a nice little reward over the medium term. Refer board room radio where Hugh C. has mentioned he believes that in about 4 years the combined cap will be nearing $1b ( off course there are a lot of milestones to be achieved over this period) and TMR must succeed in the bid. Given his track record I happy to back him.
Otherwise if TMR is not successful and another bid hits the table it is highly probable that TMR's sp will more than double without IBR plus there is the possibility of a higher/better offer - cash would be nice for our IBR shares.
IBR holders should not write off the calibre and growth profile of TMR assets and management ...take in the the big picture with regard to the growth potential of the combined companies over the medium term.
