Yes it was MONUCs report but their conclusions were going to be the most damning. It was the draft MONUC report that the ABC based the documentary on and what Slater and Gordon were hanging off.

Basically however their conclusions did not specify any criminal wrong doing by the company, they don't recommend any further action except that Anvil be more open next time and not to get involved with the military (if they can help it).

Interesting that the World Banks report was also submitted on the 14th, around the same time this report was. Suggests to me the findings will be similar.
