Had a phone call from the company in response to the letter I sent late last week in which I raised my concerns about the Notice of Meeting for Kimberley. The reply was that the performance rights pre-consolidation should have read 10,000,000 and it will be reduced to 5,000,000 post consolidation and that this would be announced in the meeting. Has anyone got any earlier announcements in the public domain about the Kimberley performance rights scheme?
