companies consolidate when there are too many shares on issue...and they can't issue anymore shares in order to raise additional capital..the shareholders investmenst are the last thing they care about...
Once consolidated they are then in the position to do another capital raising and issue more shares further diluting shareholders interests...
What a scam!..
Asic should put a stop to this IMO or maybe small shareholders should band together and make a stand...
oh well Such Is life...
