    Correct, Kimberley is an unlisted public company.
    There are some 13,600 shareholders. All CBH or ex CBH shareholders.
    There was a Shareholders EGM 9th Sep.2008. Which in my opinion was a presentation of the assets but no indication of the way ahead.
    Perhaps I should go direct to CBH and ask what is happening.
