    Came across this corporate structure in a 31 July 2012 investor presentation. It mentions that LOM's interest in the Kimberlite joint venture reduces from 39% to 30% after costs have been recouped. The 9% goes to Rosas & Petalas.

    I haven't seen this footnote mentioned in recent material.
    Does anyone know if this arrangement has changed?

    Does LOM stand to earn 39% of profits from the mother load or only 30%?
