    I guess not. They probably would have prefered a straight placement. Or nothing.

    Although I think it likely that UBS has continued their dumping. Not sure what they don't like about the company as, to me at least, at this level it represents good long-term value. Also IMO represents good trading value if purchased close to the dollar mark.
