As you are probably aware AGL decided to divest their PNG assets to other JV companies by way of tender in May 2008.
The price paid for their interests in PNG assets are due to be announced mid this month (so very soon).
What I have read is that the tender process had a lot of interest. No doubt OSH will be large contenders but also other JV's.
Anyway if prices are announced to be significant (some say near $1bn) for AGL's interest in these assets there could well be a revaluation for other companies with interests in PNG including MOS 28% interest in Kimu.
The revaluation in PNG could be similar to what happened to CSG companies with the Origin bid.
Potential upside for MOS exists as a result in the near term IMHO.
