No.  Current managers I see as being well experianced practical and dilligent.  Former management weer dreamers who, whilehaving the vision to bring the LGP to a pivotal point, lacked the disipline and experiance to successfully deliver and risked blowing up the whole thing.  The practicalities of what was trying to be delivered was overly optomistic and largely economicaly unreaslistic.  Now pulling back to basics and delivering on a production and ecopnomic model that is robust makes sense even though there is short term pain being felt accross the board.
