    are you hearing that from Morgans brokers, i believe the allocations have been made to the individual brokers, so we should find out early next week about scale backs,

    10 to 20% allocations are very tiny, there must be big demand there, i heard 3 times at insto level.Any body else got info on the level of interest in this??
