I'm bullish on KSL. They are quietly and efficiently growing the business and making money for shareholders at a time when Aussie financials are in disarray. PNG economy is growing, its resource rich and is coming from a low base in terms of demographics so the bank is nicely positioned to take advantage.
This acquisition from ANZ has been in process for some time. The announcement made yesterday is conformation that it has been successfully completed.
Company is in a growth phase and shareholders will be very happy of past 12 months. Pays a nice dividend and is also demonstrating growth characteristics. Financials look good and chart looks like it has consolidated nicely at these levels and looking to go higher.
