hi guys, looking for a bit of help. Have you guys considered locking in your loans yet? I'm hearing a certain bank is going to raise their fixed rates very very soon and i was thinking of getting in asap and locking them in if it was worth it. My busy schedule has kept me away from keeping an eye on things. I'm not too happy about a possible rise in fixed rates considering the current climate.

What is the consensus for another rate cut. When are you guys locking in?
