Glad to hear of the Purchase , plus kincella wish you well in th country ..Although I must be honest , I couldn't handle that ..too quiet for me , and a big change from Toorak ??? WOW ..

Remember , when we were talking about Dandenong ?? Well that limited amount of land I had there literally doubled , ( land only ) from 160 k went to 320 k ..I knew it was going to be good . Infils generally do really well .

Anyhow , Im also back in ..Ive purchased a 3 bedroom apartment in Sandringham , and Ive assisted my 21 year old daughter to build a house in Skye , shes picked up the land incredibly well ..nothing available .

The clients are still " camping out " in Cranbourne West , so Sales are extremely strong . I hope to also pick up some value around Dromana , with a solid land component .
