Anyone who expected a major discovery on the first 2 holes has rocks in their head.
When I drive from one city to another, I don’t run out of patience and drive my car into a ditch. I don’t run out of belief that I’ll get where I’m going. I keep going - every mile I drive gets me closer to my goal. The odds of me getting there increase.
Every day that something doesn’t happen brings us one day closer to the day when it does. Because the stock market hadn’t crashed for years I was told it would never crash again. People thought there would never be another global pandemic. Its crazy counterintuitive thinking, but this kind of thinking is prevalent.
I don’t understand why people think something won’t happen just because it hasn’t happened yet.
The more we drill, the luckier we’ll get. Because we are vectoring in closer with every hole.
