Given the so called 'heads of state' Australia has seen over the last 20 years, i can assure you that a Republic wont necessarily produce better political outcomes for Citizens. We will have some entrenched knob screw things up and it will probably be even harder to remove them. Not convinced. Name someone who is worthy of that position? Albo? Turnbull? Rudd? Shorten? Scomo? We lack the skilled talent to run a Republic. These people are inherently unsuitable deep down. They are flawed people with power eyes. I would like to see govt cut in half though. Its a toxic debt ridden overly regulated regressive mess. The country is worse off under big govt. The world suffers under global group thinkers as it is. Fix that corruptible mess, and watch the world bloom.
