Discovery Resources Limited is engaged in identifying exploration projects in Africa and elsewhere with the aim of discovering commercially mineral deposits. It focuses on rare earth element mineralization. Its projects include Tantalite Valley Project, Himbaland Project and Erongo Project. The Tantalite Valley project is located in south eastern Namibia approximately 33 kilometers north of the border with South Africa. The project consists of license EPL3824 with an area of 604.715 square kilometers. The Himbaland project is located in the Kunene Region of north-western Namibia approximately 36 kilometers from the border with Angola. The Himbaland project consists of three separate licenses with a total area of 1,338.2 square kilometers. The Erongo project is located 25 kilometers southwest of Omaruru in the Erongo Region in north-western Namibia and covers an area of 990 square kilometers. Effective March 19, 2013, Michael Christodoulou King acquired a 19.898% interest in it.
