No question that as a pure deal the purchase then sale of ENI's equity was a masterstroke. And I suspect it was always the plan from the start and HDR said so from day 1 when they bought the equity (to paraphrase Ted's words from memory; ..."this allows flexibility in raising funds and a sale of the equity at considerably higher price is one of the options under consideration ...").

All will be revealed in time - but I wish Ted would say something and I wish that WPL would say something about the benefits of BG joining the JV.
