there's no basis for his valuation. It would probably have to 3x the mining operation (from the base case most expect) and maybe 3x the REE price in order for MEI to be valued at such level. I don't think that's likely. $2-$3 is still a dream's but a reasonable target if everything falls into the right places for MEI in the future.
