The revised King Report advises as follows:
Arh dividend year one - $100 million according to King
Shares on issue - 490 million assumption by King
EPS -20.41 CENTS
P/E RATIO - 12 according to King
That in itself produces a share price at year one of only
$2.45.
But ARH'S other operating expenses need to be deducted from the $100 million dollar earnings.
Let us be very frugal and say they only amount to $10 million per annum. That reduces earnings to $90 million per annum and produces a share price of $2.20.
On a more realistic p/e ratio of say 10 that results in a share price of $2.04.
And that is in at least three to four years time. So unless the nickel or uranium come on stream it does not look that flash.
Christ i bought AGY on April 4 2007 for 46 cents and sold it on April 19 2007 for $1.20.
