Size (capitalisation) is one criteria for index inclusion. Even then they will have to be capitalised for about 6 months at new level before considered for inclusion.
Then there is "liquidity", which they should achieve.
Lastly "Free Float" level - minimum 30%, which ARH will definitely not meet.
So no index inclusion - read all about it on Standard & Poors web site.
However, nothing precludes a fund maqnager or institution buying into ARH unless they are index huggers.
