Moving forward without JV is easier said than done. Where is the funding coming from for the huge capex?. This is a major financing issue to consider. IMO this option is a non-starter.

These are the potential corporate moves to unlock values:-

Gold
- spinoff of gold projects for separate listing
- JV with FMG to develop gold projects

Fluorite
- spinoff of fluorite projects for separate listing

Vanadium/Titanium
- JV with a strong/established Strategic Investor
- funding from Strategic Investor

Given its valuable/sizeable multi-resource assets, I hold a firm view that KRC will attract early takeover bids from major Mining groups (before the unfolding of the corporate moves). Its fragmented shareholdings should entice hostile bids to gain control of KRC. Note - TB and Associates only hold a 14% stake (not much of a help to fend off bidders). However, most shareholders will accept the highest bid if the offer is attractive.

The next few months will be interesting - with more gold drilling results and the SS and CS. As with fundamental shareholders, the big boys will be watching too with keen interest.
