I'm not asking for a guarantee but it's a bit naive and a poor trading decision to assume that a board of directors has your interests at heart all the time. All the benefits they provide in the end is for a better share price. At the end of the day they want a better share price because their stocks will be worth more. Like you said they've been doing this for a long time which means they very well could be keen for a take over. Hell! That could be their view of what they set out for many years ago. I'm all for speculation but everyone seems to just flat out refuse the idea of a take over and gets upset when it's mentioned.

I'm not saying I want a takeover or it will happen but it's definitely a possibility.

AB has 122 million shares. A $1 take over is a ridiculous amount of money for him. I know I would stop giving a shit about shareholders and take that and run. Especially after all the hard work and the 40k salary I've been surviving on.
