The house I lived in 60 years ago used to get tidal water in the gutter during spring tides.

It still gets water in the gutter twice a year. Where's the sea level rise they talk about.

If you read the article it does not claim the high water is due to GW and it makes no effort to prove GW and rising sea levels are fact. It simply accepts IPCC modeling and says "IF IPCC is right, this will be what it will look like". Why is this news-worthy?
