My family was out with a mate on his cruiser in Pumistone Passage today and we were looking at all the million dollar waterside houses on Bribie Island all of which were about half a metre above high water mark.
As in other parts of the world people are willing to pay premium for waterside residences.
Just proves how little most people believe the global warming/rising sea levels nonsense.
