I'd read it as, ...Once the price breaks thru the $36-37 resistance, it will shoot up to $70(?)

I've found James Turk to be excellent on the Gold and Silver markets, especially a year or two ago. I personally don't think he's lost it, but putting your neck on the line with time and price predictions is a risky business regarding reputation.

The gold and silver markets are manipulated by governments and Central banks. They will do anything to keep the illusion of the sanctity of their paper currencies, and I wouldn't put it past them to try to discredit respected analysts who try to expose them. If not convinced, take a look at GATA's site.
