IT IS ORDERED THAT:
The parties attempt to agree on a document plan for disclosure and inspection with a
view to identifying directions for disclosure to be made at the next mention.
On or before 30 November 2012, the parties must give a list of experts to the other
party specifying the name and field of expertise of each expert that party intends to
call to give evidence at the hearing of the Appeal.
3. The matter is listed for further mention on Friday 19 October 2012.
The parties have liberty to apply with the giving of 2 days notice in writing to the other
party.
