yeah I saw that Kylie. It's good to see that 'something' is happening although it doesn't sound particularly inspiring. I particularly dislike the 'parties will attempt to agree'. So they don't have to try, but they have to try to try. Would be nice if the judge would actually hand down a firm decision/deadline of some sort.

I don't know alot about courts, but I'm pretty sure that discovery of documents is one of the first things that happens. To me this doesn't bode well for an ending anytime soon considering that it has been going for (over a year? - losing track of cougar time) to still be 'discovering' documents.

I would be happy to be contradicted if anyone knows any better..but maybe our new 'communications officer' will let us know.
