kingaroy locals looking more and more stupid

Kingaroy locals arguement about contamination in water samples are looking more and more stupid with every negative result coming back from DERM's vigerous new testing regime. The Queensland government is also looking more and more stupid with every negative result coming back from their independent testing.
There has not been one valid reason for CXY not to be able to re-ignite their pre-production burn.
If the government does not allow CXY to complete their pre-production burn and allow CXY the proper opportunity to display that their UCG process is completely safe then CXY has no choice but to take the legal path to re-coup all their losses in setting up their Kingaroy project and re-location of their plant. The government must surely also know this as the original reason to shut down CXY was based on erronous results from the lab in the first place.
All these results from the current round of testing is giving further proof to both investors and locals that UCG is a safe process and has it's place in supplying our country with a safe and more enviromentally energy source for the future.
The truth will eventually prevail it is only a matter of time.
