DERM is happy with the reports to date that they have received on the project & they have NO ISSUES with Cougar.

Tests are conducted for water & air contamination as well as land subsidence.

I stayed late to meet Len Walker & also their Site Manager Peter South. Both are exceptionally easy to talk to. Peter was Operations Manager & based at their Kingaroy site. Peter had previously worked for Tarong Energy (about 15kms south east of Cougar), which you can see from the Cougar site.
