What Paul taught IS what Jesus THROUGH taught Paul that applies to us now. What Peter taught IS what Jesus THROUGH Peter taught that applies to a DIFFERENT audience than you or I. You are FAILING to rightly divide and that IS why you are confused AND wrong.
