Fish with aubergine
Barbecue one large aubergine with the following:
1 dessert spoon ground coriander seeds.
1 dessert spoon cumin seeds.
½ dozen anchovies.
1 tablespoon capers.
1 dessert spoon fermented chilli
1 teaspoon miso.
Chop and serve with lightly barbecued fish.
