I do not take your post as a pasting. I am sorry if that is how you see it.

All I am offering is my open and honest opinion on the situation with no bias for or against the takeover. I am under the impression that these BB are for frank and genuine discussion not some hidden agenda that you accuse me of. I have nothing to hide and I am certainly no lacky nor do I retaliate to any comments made towards me. Yes I may be a strange animal to yourself because I am as straight as a die. I am willing to consider everyones viewpoint but not necessarily agree with them. Why should I run what have I to run from a good debate. No sir I will not do that. You are entitled to your opinion as I am to mine

I am as keen as mustard to uncover what went wrong at HDR to make The Board want to sell up. With your help and the others on this board I hope we will reach an amicable conclusion
