latest ann doesn't actually say he was buying on market. It also says the change in substantial interest was on the 4th. Sure, he has 5 days or something to announce it, but if he bought last week he would still say last week even if he sent in the form this week - if he read the instructions.
By my calculation he still needs close to $2 to break even because he paid a little over $2 for his first 6% stake.
Nevertheless, this news looks a bit promising.
