    with the volumes it only takes a little buying for sp to move - look at today again 500k bought and price up significantly, I can see minimum25c before ex date next week

    Lets face it the div is 1.4c per qrt, so even at 25c thats 22.4% yield, and if refinancing comes in next couple of months even more attractive
