They were already earmarked. What probably wasn't earmarked was the millions it may spend in delays and litigations. Remember 2 years if drilling for 20000m to a JORC? Ok so if you can only drill in snow cover and certain windows and perhaps not in the actual places you'd prefer to drill how many years to JORC and how much extra cash burn? Is this being ring fenced too? I doubt it. We pay for it or brokers get their pubs if flesh eventually.
