From reading the article on Listcorp regarding the relationship now with BHP and Kingsrose it would seem that KRM has been gagged to an extent whilst reviewing the newly secured 291 licenses in Denmark and Norway.

BHP now have a first right of refusal to uptake up to 19.9% of KRM

BHP also have exclusive rights and KRM are unable to undertake an IPO or solicit or engage with anyone else without BHP written permission.

Now BHP is a Giant and to engage at this level of MOU with KRM must indicate they have a serious interest here.

Over the past 3 weeks I keep hearing the rumour that BHP have been engaging with KRM frequently over the past year, has anyone else heard this?

Ironically the company MC is below its cash position? So none of the tenements of circa 2700 square kilometres are priced in.

KRM's strategy was always to identify and license or sell, I've been a SH for 12 years and I feel its time has come, I'm just wondering how big the cheque is going to be what with the current commodity prices.

Volume and Price have been on the move, so we know investor interest is picking up momentum.
