I've been watching some of the Kingsrose interviews on YouTube, they've been looking at projects for almost a year from what I can gather. In January it sounded like they had almost honed in on an acquisition. There's obviously a very specific set of criteria in the selection (copper/precious metals, a resource already, low capex so development is achievable, more advanced than grass root exploration), basically something more advanced than Penikat.

They started the search with almost $30 million, now they have about $25 million. The longer they take the longer the share price declines at the cash backing.

Market gives the BHP projects and Penikat zero value (i suspect that there will be some value added when Penikat drilling is confirmed after the appeal is decided [early July, latest]). What is needed is a decent project acquisition it seems. The question is whether management can pull it off! Should the project be quality (I assume it would be if its met the criteria set) then we could really see the share price move. What seems odd is that the market is not giving management much value (basically zero) in choosing the project. Fabien interviews well and seems to have a really good knowledge of the junior market and what the pitfalls are, so i would have thought there would be some confidence in management project acquisition.... or has everyone got bored waiting....
