If they win the appeal and Penikat wont be drilled that would just put a rocket up management to find another project, { even though they have been on the search for 2 years now} because with Nickel prices so low what else do they have that the market would be interested in, so i would give them a few months if Penikat is a no go.
Very sobering that you cant even sell them at 3.2 which is below cash backing.
I wonder if Sunrayta still holds?.
