This type of video is unprecedented to my knowledge. Talk about going on the defensive and explaining to shareholders how tough the environment is for them. Its one excuse after another with this guy Baker. Shareholders have had 4 years of this CEO and the company, its cash balance and valuation have gone backwards year on year. The CEO is obviously not able to get the job done and needs to go. What an expensive waste of time video to produce and winge to shareholders about. Now they are apparently gold and copper focused. So why on earth get rid of Way Linggo a few years ago when it had a proven gold resource and permits to drill, only to a few years later want back into the gold sector at record high prices. All the CEO has done is throw away shareholder value. The cash burn rate is ridiculously high for Kingsrose with such little drilling done which is annoying that cash is not being preserved and valued as a precious resource also. This company has one good project which is getting no valuation from the market and that is Penikat. Its not just that Baker and his management team cannot find a new project. They cannot also get a permit for Penikat through for it after 3.5 years of trying. Get the permit and get drilling and don't make a mess of that either. Penikat looks huge on paper and just needs to get validated so that the company can be re rated by the market. Right now I doubt this company could raise funds if they were in fact out of them because of their low track record to date.
