How many junior miners (<$50m market cap) can say that they will spend $7.5m/yr for 5 years on exploration? And of those that say they can, what happens if you find nothing in your first year? (Your share price tanks and you will need to raise money at dilutive level). Well I can't think of any other junior miner that can give that guarantee. This is a massive free option that the market has not priced in. Sure, if you close your eyes and wake up in 5 years time they might not find anything at all (including not drilling or going further with Porsanger) however in that scenario, you still are around 800m shares at 3c (assuming the cash is still at those levels if Penikat hasn't progressed) instead of a similar company that would have had to blow out the share capital from 800m shares to 5billion shares to fund exploration and because they haven't found anything, they are worth <0.5c. If you want to chase those, there are plenty to choose from.
