blackout for 12 months - 3 years? There’s been amble opportunity to buy but most are free loaders accepting fees for meetings. I exclude the Geo and Fabian (and Scott who has plenty). Cooke bought 75,000 units back in May … crickets from the rest. Why would I invest or continue to add when they show no confidence down at these levels.
