Been in the trenches with you! and completely agree, we need results and we need action.

However, in my experience speculation always goes no where and often disappoints.

I would say one thing. BHP is literally free exploration on large swaths of land. The benefit is obviously we don't need to spend any money on it. The downside, is that exploration is so early there's no value attributed to it just yet.
