I didn't bring this up in this conversations but I did throw a few things out there the prior time we spoke for him to chew on which every time I mentioned a likely cause he agreed they could all be factors.
They were
Delays in Pennikat permitting
No insto participation
He noted the register needs tightening up and was looking to get the co marketed better to bring on some more instos. I think if Rana proves of worth this will happen pretty quickly anyways.
