Yeah both mine and his. We new that the approval process was going to take about 6-12 months. Then they moved the goal posts with the additional information required for the bird study to complete the application . So when I asked him about when he previously expected permitting to occur it was around this time this year. So yea expectations for those permits have moved also. This was actually all pretty much laid out in all of their permitting application updates in their Anns. I guess we as investors are sometimes overly optimistic and bet that all things run as they should or hoped. In the case of Pennikat the timeframes for permits has unfortunately been lengthened by this request for more jnfo from the authorities of which a migratory bird study isn't a quick peice of information. it's a season long observational study. That said we may get a quick turnaround for permits on this last piece of information required by the gov... we may not. Not even Fabs can answer this. And then there's always the possibility of a greeny objection which can draw it out further. If we didn't have Rana I would be likely lightening my position. But I think they got it right taking on this project in light of the delays for permitting Pennikat.
