    What i fear atm is that the delays are lengthy with the possibility of no drilling this northern summer, or can drilling go ahead in Winter in that region?, there is a reason for this weakness, we just dont know the answer yet, just my honest thoughts, all could be ready to go but if so seeing the weak SP you would think the company would assure the market re permits.
    Also we can all look back on the big fake bids on the buy side that would vanish and think hmmmmm.
