    However, you could argue we're already there given royalty (up to USD7.5m) and BHP Xplor funds (USD0.5m - perhaps a lot of that is probably inkind contribution)

    On the royalty, I have a prudent NPV of about USD3.2m (~AUD4.8m).
    20% discount rate, beginning in 2025, evenly split over 8 years of production.,
