No, they had no where near the amount of cash. In the early days, the BOD used their New York connections to fund through multiple CRs. Unfortunately it was always the case that they would take their quick profits and dump their shares across multiple weeks leading to a suppressed SP. From memory, they also issued tens of millions of shares to a very well known multi billion MC Australian gold mining company's executive. He also dumped his shares. (lol) He must be kicking himself now.

They were planning to use their Tabba Tabba property to produce tanatalum concentrate. The sales were supposed to fund Pilgangoora. Again, unfortunately for shareholders, when the Tabba Tabba plant was commissioned they realised that the engineer had made a grave error and the plant was incapable to process the ore. Hence Tabba Tabba was dead in the water and they had no other option but to use heavily dilutive CRs.

I think KRM is in a very enviable position in that they have a silly amount of cash. They have no reason to rush this and will take a very disciplined and methodological approach in growing the company. It's still vey early days but KRM are so far ahead of where PLS was back in 2014 /15.
